M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent Master’s degree in Metallurgy; Mechanical (Production/Manufacturing Engineering); Materials Engineering; Ceramic Engineering/ Technology or Engineering Physics, Chemical Engineering; Nanoscience and technology OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in any of the above disciplines. OR Master of science degree in Physics/Chemistry/ Materials Science/Nano Science and Technology Candidates should have at least 55% marks in the respective qualifying exam.
